Testosterone replacement therapy. For men with clinically low testosterone confirmed on bloodwork.
Eligibility: total testosterone <300 ng/dL on two morning blood draws + symptoms. Delivery: IM injections (most common, cheapest), subcutaneous, topical gel, pellets. Requires baseline labs (T, free T, LH, FSH, estradiol, CBC, PSA) and monitoring every 6-12 months. Suppresses sperm production — discuss fertility before starting.
