We compare GLP-1, ED, hair-loss, mental-health, and skincare programs by clinical model, full out-of-pocket cost, state availability, and cancellation terms. Same five-factor framework applied to every program, every time.

Reviewed by clinicians, not us.
Every clinical page is audited monthly by a board-certified clinician. Reviewers are independent contractors; they receive no affiliate revenue and no compensation tied to any program's performance.

What is glpzoom?+
glpzoom is an independent telehealth comparison site for prescription weight-loss, sexual health, hair loss, mental health, and skincare treatments. We don't sell medications. We compare US-licensed telehealth providers, pricing, drug catalogs, and insurance coverage so you can choose without sales pressure. Every condition, drug, and provider page is reviewed by clinicians on our editorial board.
Are compounded GLP-1 medications still available in 2026?+
Mostly no. The FDA proposed permanently ending mass compounding of semaglutide and tirzepatide on April 30, 2026, and issued 30+ warning letters. Hims exited the compounded GLP-1 market in February 2026 after a Novo Nordisk lawsuit. Routine 'cheaper compounded' programs at scale are being shut down; individualized 503A compounding for documented clinical need may continue. Manufacturer direct-pay (LillyDirect, NovoCare) is now the affordable branded path.
What's the cheapest legitimate way to get Wegovy or Zepbound?+
Manufacturer direct-pay programs are usually cheapest for cash patients: NovoCare self-pay Wegovy from $499/month, LillyDirect Zepbound vials from $349-499/month, and Orforglipron (Lilly's new oral pill) launches at $149/month via LillyDirect. With commercial insurance and a prior authorization, copays can be $0-$25/month. Compare options on our /savings pages per drug.
Does insurance cover GLP-1 weight-loss medications?+
Coverage varies by plan and indication. Most commercial plans cover GLP-1s for type 2 diabetes (Ozempic, Mounjaro) and many cover Wegovy / Zepbound for FDA-approved obesity with a prior authorization. Medicare does not cover weight-loss-only GLP-1s in 2026. Medicaid coverage varies by state. Run your plan against specific drugs in our /insurance section.
How do you choose which telehealth program to recommend?+
Editorial selection only. We don't accept payment to influence rankings. Each best-of page is built from objective dimensions (price, insurance handling, drug menu, clinical model, cancellation friction) plus on-the-ground program reviews. Affiliate revenue exists where partners pay for clicks, but it doesn't change which provider wins a category — see our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure for full transparency.
Is glpzoom safe to use for medical decisions?+
glpzoom is for information, not medical advice. Every page is medically reviewed, but the right treatment, dose, and program for you depends on a clinical evaluation by your own prescriber. We exist to make the comparison and pricing landscape transparent. Always confirm decisions with a licensed clinician.
