Methodology
Pricing and eligibility verified directly from manufacturer-operated websites on the date listed in the verified_on field. We document only publicly-disclosed prices and eligibility criteria; we do not estimate, average, or extrapolate. Where program terms vary by drug, dose, or eligibility tier, each combination is recorded separately.
Editorial integrity: this dataset complies with our methodology and editorial policy. When manufacturer terms change, we will update this dataset and log the change. Historical snapshots remain available during request to [email protected].
Important notes
- Manufacturer direct-pay programs cannot be combined with insurance copay benefits.
- Savings cards (Wegovy, Zepbound) require commercial insurance — they reduce copay, not list price.
- Patient-assistance programs (PAPs) are income-based and require documentation; approval is not guaranteed.
- All program terms subject to change without notice. Always verify directly on the manufacturer's site before purchase.
- This dataset does NOT include compounded GLP-1 pricing (503A pharmacies) — those are not FDA-approved formulations and vary significantly by pharmacy.
