About Medicare coverage

- Bridge eligibility: age 18 or older and BMI 35 or more; or BMI 30 or more with HFpEF, uncontrolled high blood pressure or chronic kidney disease stage 3a or higher; or BMI 27 or more with prediabetes, a prior heart attack, stroke or peripheral artery disease.
