Unused Zepbound pens: refrigerate at 36-46°F (2-8°C). Don't freeze. Once in use, Zepbound pens can be kept at room temperature (up to 86°F / 30°C) or refrigerated for up to 21 days. Zepbound vials (used in the LillyDirect direct-pay program) have similar requirements — refrigerate unused, can be at room temperature once opened for 21 days, then discard. For travel: original packaging, carry-on only, insulated bag with ice pack for trips >4 hours. Don't expose to direct sunlight. If a pen or vial is accidentally frozen or exposed to >86°F, discard. The 21-day room-temp limit is shorter than Wegovy's 28 days — note the difference if switching brands.
